Seal Beach, CA

This morning we met my Aunt Jane for mass at St Irenaeus Catholic Church in Cypres. After mass we went to brunch at the Crema Cafe in Seal Beach. We had a short wait for a table so we walked down Main Street to the water. There is a very pictureque pier at the end of Main Street.  It was really nice.  We had Aunt Jane take a picture of us in front of the Christmas tree there.  We lingered for a few minutes enjoying the Pacific Ocean, and then we walked back to the restaurant.  We had to wait about 5 more minutes before they texted us to say our table was ready.

After brunch we drove Aunt Jane back to the hotel and said our goodbyes. Next we drove to John Wayne Airport.  We returned the rental car, then dropped our check luggage at the Delta desk.  There was no one in line for the security check.  By the time we arrived at our gate, the flight was starting to board.

On our flight home, one of the flight attendants remembered Albert from Alpharetta High School. Small world.
